Access and bookings

Yes. You don't need a table booking to enjoy Oktoberfest Girona: entry to the venue is free. Tables, though, are subject to availability. If you're coming as a group or want a guaranteed spot for your whole visit, we recommend booking a table in advance.

If you have a table booking, general or VIP, you come in through the priority entrance by showing your booking. The General Entrance is for anyone arriving without a table booking, in queue order, until the venue is full.

Table bookings are made only through this website, at Book a table. There you can pick the day, choose between a general or VIP table, pay securely and download your tickets with their QR code. There is no ticket sale at the door: every booking is made online.

A seat at a VIP table costs €39.00 per person, booking fee included, paid in advance.

With your ticket and QR code, head for the priority entrance, where there is no queue. There your booking is exchanged and you are given a wristband for exclusive access to the VIP area.

General table bookings are held until 19:30 on the day you chose. It's best to arrive before then and take your table: from 19:30, any table that hasn't been taken is released and other guests may use it.

VIP table bookings have no cut-off time: they are held all evening.

Yes. You can leave and come back the same day. Your ticket is scanned the first time you go in, and after that you can re-enter following the instructions of the door staff.

Bookings are non-refundable. If you can't make it to the event, the amount paid is not returned.

Not from the website: once a booking is made you can't change the date yourself, so please check the day carefully before confirming. If you have a problem with the date, write to the organisers at info@oktoberfestgirona.com and we'll see what can be done.

Yes. Tickets are not issued in anyone's name, so if you can't make it, someone else can use yours with no name change needed.

The confirmation email may have gone to your spam folder, or the email address you entered may be wrong. If you still can't find it after checking, write to the organisers at info@oktoberfestgirona.com with the problem and your booking details. We'll look into it and send the confirmation again.
