Can I pay by card and in cash?+
Yes. Inside the venue you can pay by card or in cash at the tills.
What if I lose my booking QR code?+
If you've booked a table, keep your QR code safe, on your phone or printed. Without a valid QR code linked to the booking we can't guarantee your table, but you can still get in through the General Entrance as long as there is room. If you have any doubts, write to the organisers at info@oktoberfestgirona.com.
Can I buy official merchandise?+
Yes. During Oktoberfest Girona you can buy official event merchandise — steins, hats and other souvenirs — at the sales points inside the venue.
Can I bring a motorbike helmet or a scooter in?+
No. For safety reasons, motorbike helmets, scooters and other items that could put people at risk are not allowed inside. The door staff will tell you what to do with them.
Can I bring an animal to the event?+
No. Animals are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs.
